AHEPA Bowling Sponsorship Eligibility

Release: 2025-2026. Updated Requirements

Due to the increased bowling representation our chapter has proudly seen over the past year — and in response to a noticeable decline in meeting attendance among our bowlers — the following eligibility requirements will now apply for AHEPA to cover your bowling expenses.

Eligibility Criteria (Effective Immediately)

To qualify for bowling sponsorship, each member must meet one of the following by December 31st of the current year:

Option 1: Attend a Minimum of Four (4) Chapter Meetings

You must attend at least four (4) official AHEPA chapter meetings during the calendar year.

OR

Option 2: Attend a Minimum of Three (3) Chapter Meetings and Serve on a Committee

You must attend at least three (3) official meetings and be an active member of an AHEPA committee.

Purpose of These Changes

These updates are intended to encourage stronger engagement in the chapter’s regular activities and to ensure that members representing AHEPA through bowling are also contributing to its ongoing success.
